Q1: How to place an order?

It is very simple to purchase your favorite dress online. You can place the order with no registration. But we highly recommend you create a registered account before you place the order. The steps are as follows:

1. If you are brand new to our website, we suggest you create an account before you place the order, and then log in to place the order, then you can check your order status and history.
2. Enter the item page you want to order, choose the gender, standard size, then click" Add to Cart".
3. Click button "Proceed to Checkout" if your order information is correct. PS: You can use the coupon code to apply for the discount on this page if you have the code.
4. Fill in the correct shipping address, email, phone number, and choose the shipping method payment method etc, click "Place order now", finally, skip to Paypal page or Checkout page to finish your payment. then your order is placed.

Q2: How to pay my order?

We accept Paypal and other major credit cards (via checkout), please contact us if you would like to pay in other methods. Signing up for a PayPal account is easy and free, and takes just a few minutes to complete. Once you complete, you can send your payment in minutes. If you would like to pay via credit cards, please view the pictures below for the appropriate procedures. Click "continue checkout" and you will be directed to the next page to fill out your information. You can then use your credit card to pay safely and securely.

Q3: Why I need to pay additional custom tax for my items?

In certain circumstances, some country may charge custom taxes for the purchase from other countries. Please kindly note that the buyer should be responsible for the Custom Tax of his country, thanks for your understanding.

Q4: Which currency do you use?

The default currency on our website is USD. If you want to see other currencies, please click the right top to selecting your store's currency, the store will automatically update to display the currency associated with your payment processor.

Q5: Where are you shipping from?

A: Most orders ship from China, some in‑stock items ship from our US warehouse. We ship to United States, Canada, Australia and other countries available at checkout.

Q6: What is the delivery timeframe for US customers?

A: Total delivery time equals tailoring/processing time plus shipping transit time. Ready‑in‑stock items ship out within 24 hours. Unstocked costumes take 7‑35 business days. Custom‑size orders require 14‑35 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Got my package today and it looks good

Fits well and looks nice. Can't wait to wear it.

Overall the wig quality is fantastic, but my only issue is that it was already styled before hand. I appreciate the wig being crimped and styled and sectioned off but if you're going to style it before hand, I would prefer it being accurate, otherwise I wouldve prefered just crimped so I could style it myself, since re styling each spike to be accurate to the original is a lot more painful than it should be.

Overall, it's very good

Shipping was very fast; it arrived in less than a week after I placed the order.Only real downside is that the print looks a little faded or even whitish when it’s stretched.But the colors are solid and the mask looks great. It’s definitely not movie-quality, but for a sale price of 20 bucks, it’s a total steal. If you’re realistic about what you’re getting, you won’t be disappointed.

Mimikyu Cloak

The time it took to be made and be shipped is not the problem, I want to make that clear. Though one thing I noticed is the bottom of the cloak is not hemmed like how it was displayed before I ordered it. This is not a huge deal but I feel as if the product should match the image someone buys. Also, I think the size chart might be off because the female 2xl should have fit me perfectly but it feels small compared the display. I won’t be able to return it because the convention I’m wearing it to is too soon, but I feel like I should share my feedback.

I’m 5’7” and 110lbs for reference and got an XS. Materials are SO well made! I absolutely love the pants and will be wearing them outside of conventions. Downsides, the vest (even though an XS), was clearly made for someone with a size D chest and above in mind. It’s quite roomy upstairs, so if you have a smaller chest, I suggest buying clothes pins to help secure everything or alter it yourself. Also, although the purple waist rope is very good quality, it’s extremely heavy and doesn’t have any boning to help the bow be upright like in the manga/anime. That might need adjusting unless you’re fine with it hanging.
